Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Ingredients
Wash and chop all vegetables (lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, onions, bell peppers).
Slice the deli meats and cheese into bite-sized strips for easy mixing.
Step 2: Assemble the Sub in a Tub
In a large bowl, layer the shredded lettuce as the base.
Add the sliced meats and cheese on top of the lettuce.
Sprinkle the vegetables evenly over the meats and cheese.
Step 3: Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Step 4: Combine & Serve
Drizzle the dressing over the Sub in a Tub and toss gently to combine.
